This essay is making so much sense, to me. I don’ actually understand, that our culture is still (not all, but the majority) separating the two things – body & psyche. To me it is an artificial approach, since it is not clear to me how can someone divide something, which is ONE? To me it is like trying to separate water from the waves it is making... As written above what is inside is outside and the other way round. The essay is naming the unity of the body & psyche so clearly and showing the evidence of that fact very beautifully. I think, you should write a book, dear Mac. In me, you sure have a reader, to start with:-).
PS: your new commitment does, come with integrity and – as a regular reader – I appreciate a few days time, to digest the depth of topics you are describing. Looking forward to your continuous streams of wisdom and humanity.
thank you, dear one. your readership is cherished.
yes - it is confusing how we still maintain these two as separate, however i do understand where it originates. i believe we are on the precipice of a tide-turning time, however, and we will find our way through it by coming back to the simple reality that all is contained within the individual bodymind. it's all there. all a unified expression of some hidden truth.

there will be books, god willing. baby steps.
Your mind makes it real. And we find our rhythms :)
as in, your mind makes the body real?
we do indeed find our rhythms. and patterns. and grooves. and boogies. :D
